Restaurant & Bar Manager

Our client is an upscale casual restaurant based in Dubai are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of service.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 
• Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to develop innovative menus that appeal to target clientele. 
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate promotional events, happy hours, and special offers to drive sales.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement. 

What we are looking for?

• Proven experience in a bar management role  in dubai.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate the restaurant's vision and standards clearly to all stakeholders.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
