Assistant Reception Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Reception Manager candidate for a new fine dining opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Assist the Reservations manager at all times
• Ensure great guest experience, ensuring the smooth operation of the reservation system whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House Services

What we are looking for?

• Hospitality or relevant Degree.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years of working in high end, busy restaurant operations.
• English - spoken and written
• Multitask
• Willing to join immediately
