Project Manager - Commercial Kitchens

Our client is a leading turnkey kitchen solutions provider in Dubai, UAE and they specialize in designing and constructing state-of-the-art commercial kitchens for various industries, including restaurants, hotels, and food service establishments.

What will you do?

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and met
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee procurement processes, including equipment purchasing and delivery coordination
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated financial resources
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet or exceed industry standards
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years in kitchen design for restaurants, hotels, and sales preferred
• Experience with Plan-It or AutoCAD software
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, systems, and layout requirements
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards relevant to commercial kitchens
• Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
• Must have a valid UAE drivers license.
