Operations Manager

Our client is a well reputed high end restaurant & lounge venue in Dubai looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve targets and operate the venue within budget guidelines
• Manage the operations of an establishment by hiring and training staff, scheduling shifts, and supervising operations
• Overseeing the operations of the floor operations, including making sure that staff are performing their jobs efficiently and that security measures are in place
• Overseeing the setup of special events such as concerts or fundraisers
• Creating marketing plans to promote events and increase customer awareness of the venue

What we are looking for?

• Proven experience as restaurant/club manager or relevant role
• Bachelors degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
• Previous experience working in a nightclub or similar venue
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in the industry
