Our client is an IT trading firm based in Sharjah are looking for an Admin Assistant to assist the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintains files systems and database of sales records
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

What we are looking for?

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Willing to join immediately and has own visa
