Our client is a high-end nightlife venue in Dubai looking for an experienced Sales & Partnership Manager.

What will you do?

    • Contribute to meeting sales targets of the events and group bookings
    • Produce detailed proposals for events, contracts, and events orders for events enquiry.
    • Conduct site recces and attend sales call meetings with potential clients.
    • Provide on-site support and supervision of assigned events, ensure smooth event execution
    • Liaise and follow up with clients on event details and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth event operations, including logistical set-up, food & beverage packages, menu planning.
    • Brief and monitor standards of service and coordinate activities amongst kitchen & beverage department to ensure quality service during the event.
    • Maintain contact with clients before, during and after event to ensure customers satisfaction.
    • Outreach to existing and new clients
    • Assist in day to day administration filling, updating calendar of events
    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer database.
    • Identify new & innovative ways to onboard brand partners.
    • Proactively seek future fit partnership opportunities to deliver mass brand exposure.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and large sponsorship agreements.
    • Ensure a smooth partner onboarding process and stay updated on requisite commitments.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelors degree required
  • A valid driver's license holder preferred
  • A minimum of two years of experience coordinating events, and group sales is required, preferably for the hospitality sector
  • Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
  • Creative flair
  • Sales background a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
