Floor Manager- French speaking

Our client is a leading nightlife venue in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the nightclub
• Producing creative promotions
• Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators
• Managing food and beverage inventory and sales
  
• Booking entertainment
• Handling customer concerns and complaint

What we are looking for?

• Minimum 2 years previous nightclub, or events
• Strong knowledge of the industry, including bar costs and food
• Strong leadership skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in the nightclub industry from Europe and UAE.
• Thorough knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Time management and organization skills
