Our client is a leading conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Chairman.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.

What we are looking for?

  • Masters in Mass Communication or MBA
  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • 2 - 4 yrs experience in a similar role in the UAE
  • Willing to join immediately
