About the job Executive Assistant
Our client is a leading conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Chairman.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.
What we are looking for?
- Masters in Mass Communication or MBA
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- 2 - 4 yrs experience in a similar role in the UAE
- Willing to join immediately
