We are hiring a Sous Chef Lebanese Cuisine for an exciting new upscale casual restaurant opening soon in Bangalore, India. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to be part of an ambitious pre-opening project.

Contract: 1 Year
Interviews: Will be conducted in Dubai

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Executive Chef in launching and running the Lebanese kitchen section

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and authenticity

  • Drive culinary excellence while maintaining cost control and hygiene standards

  • Engage in PR and promotional activities, representing the brand in media and public events

  • Train and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards

  • Play a hands-on role in the pre-opening phase, from kitchen setup to menu planning

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine

  • Proven pre-opening experience is a must

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Energetic personality with a flair for hospitality and public engagement

  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the contract period
