About the job TELE-SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Our Client is a growing company operating in the Forex trading services and Education/Training sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
Pitch Forex products, trading services, and education/training programs to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or services.
Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into active clients or enrolled students.
Build and manage long-term business relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
Maintain call records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 03 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development (Forex / Financial / Education sector experience preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
Basic understanding of Forex, Trading, or Education industry is an advantage.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
