Forklift Operator (Outdoor)

1st shift - 8:30am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)

2nd shift - 3pm - 11:30pm (Mon-Fri)

3rd shift - 8pm - 4:30am (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other lift trucks to safely and efficiently move materials and products
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers
- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory counts (50-100 lb Cabinets)
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating forklifts or similar equipment
- Valid forklift operator certification/license
- Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with forklifts
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
