The Opportunity

In this role, you will partner closely with Human Resources, Internal Communications, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to design and deliver programs that strengthen culture, support inclusion, and enhance the employee experience across a global workforce. You will also help shape the overall strategy behind employee engagement initiatives, ensuring programs align with the company's values, leadership commitments, and evolving business priorities.

What You'll Do
- Lead and implement programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, culture, inclusion, and wellbeing goals
- Ensure engagement programs align with the company's overall culture, values, and people priorities
- Provide strategic guidance and support to Employee Resource Group (ERG) leads and executive sponsors
- Identify new opportunities for ERGs to drive business impact and support employee retention, engagement, and inclusion globally
- Oversee the operational execution of ERG strategic plans, including planning cadence, stakeholder coordination, and execution support
- Partner with Internal Communications and Employee Experience teams to create strategies that reinforce culture and strengthen employee connection
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, provide recommendations, and measure the business impact of engagement and inclusion efforts
- Support budgeting processes and track program spending
- Lead ERG leader appointment processes, onboarding, training, succession planning, and recognition efforts
- Plan and execute annual ERG workshops, summits, and related culture-building events
- Serve as a culture ambassador and help promote the organization's employee value proposition both internally and externally
- Help build a stronger sense of community across the workforce by ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and connected
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience, ideally within Human Resources, employee engagement, organizational development, or a related function
- Demonstrated experience leading employee engagement, people, or culture-related programs
- Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to create and standardize content, processes, and tools
- Strong understanding of what drives employee engagement and how those drivers differ across business functions, cultures, and geographies
- The ability to listen thoughtfully and effectively to multiple perspectives, including differing or polarizing viewpoints
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the empathy and energy to engage employees at all levels
- Strong writing and memo development skills
- A forward-thinking, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments with multiple priorities and evolving needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a Talent Center of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement
- Experience in the technology industry and/or in a high-growth company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification
Work Model
Candidates should be based in New York City or Austin to support the company's hybrid work model.
