Our client is an AI-first healthcare technology company undergoing an exciting phase of commercial transformation and is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to help drive execution across key business priorities.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys variety, and knows how to combine structured thinking with practical execution. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across commercial, marketing, finance, and operations, helping improve workflows, support strategic initiatives, and build more efficient ways of working through AI-enabled operations.

What You'll Do

AI-Enabled Operations & Workflow Automation

  • Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency across commercial, marketing, and operational teams
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and prototype solutions using AI tools, no-code platforms, or lightweight scripts
  • Support internal AI adoption by creating documentation, training materials, and practical best practices
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend tools or workflows that improve team productivity

Commercial Operations & CRM Excellence

  • Own Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility to support strategic payer and provider opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, templates, and systems that standardize commercial execution
  • Support deal operations across Sales, Solutions, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for pricing scenarios, forecasting, and revenue reporting

Marketing & Growth Operations Support

  • Support marketing automation hygiene, segmentation cleanup, and campaign tracking across platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot
  • Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and business outcomes
  • Assist with webinars, events, executive roundtables, and related operational support
  • Provide flexible support across digital operations, including SEO audits, website updates, and email workflow improvements

Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Prepare board materials, leadership updates, and quarterly business reviews by pulling data, building slides, and synthesizing insights
  • Track action items from executive meetings and ensure follow-through
  • Help manage operating rhythms across key cross-functional initiatives
  • Support strategic projects requiring research, analysis, and clear synthesis of information
  • Serve as a central source of organizational memory by documenting decisions, context, and next steps

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff-adjacent roles
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools as part of your daily workflow, with practical examples of how you've improved efficiency or execution
  • Strong analytical and technical fluency, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, executive-ready work
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information clearly
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-velocity environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting environments such as MBB, Big 4, Advisory Board, Sg2, Chartis, or similar
  • Early-stage startup, strategy, or business operations experience
  • Exposure to healthcare or healthtech, including payer, provider, or life sciences environments
  • Salesforce experience beyond basic user level
  • Marketing automation experience with Pardot or HubSpot
  • Experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier or Make
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or lightweight automation scripting
  • Experience deploying AI tools internally or supporting AI enablement/adoption
  • Familiarity with SEO, content operations, or digital marketing workflows
