About the Role: As a Care Home Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to care homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with nurses, care workers, and GPs
• Timely processing of daily orders for assigned accounts
• Ensuring accurate and detailed order processing
• Timely return and processing of monthly orders
• Following up on queries with GPs
• Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with team members and supporting their efforts
• Providing exceptional customer service to our care homes
• Communicating with your Tech Manager regarding any issues raised by care homes

Essential Requirements:

• Recognized Pharmacy Technician or Dispensing Technician Qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy retail pharmacy setting
• Proficiency with McLernons Dispensing System
• Accurate data entry skills and strong organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Flexibility and willingness to work as a team player
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Full Care Home training will be provided
• Effective communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals
• Care Home experience desirable but not essential
