The purpose of the role:

The Partnership Manager has a key role at TWMP. They are involved in developing existing partners, building long-lasting relationships, identifying prospective partners, and new revenue streams. These relationships are pivotal in providing support through funding and employee engagement, enabling us to scale our impact in the humanitarian and development sector.

Who we are looking for:

You have a level of expertise you might achieve after 3+ years of experience within relevant roles and sectors. The successful candidate will thrive on researching, identifying prospective partners, and negotiating partner agreements. You will understand the value of partnership management, development, and retention.

You enjoy working in a small team and are someone who is keen to take responsibility for the partnership and business development pipeline. You thrive in fast-paced environments, and you are able to respond and adapt to changes.

Key Results

  • Developing & managing multiple six-figure income-generating partnerships

  • Building a pipeline of partnership opportunities.

  • Provide input to the corporate partnership growth strategy

  • Identifying and scaling new revenue streams

Qualifications

  • You have a degree level education in a relevant area like Business, Marketing, a related discipline or equivalent

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • A proven track record in Business development and key account management. You have demonstrated success in the acquisition and development of six-figure corporate partnerships and building a robust pipeline

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, internal and external stakeholders and other entities; experience in networking and relationship management.

  • Ability to execute the business growth strategy that aligns with organisational values and objectives and generates sustainable revenue

  • First-class pitching & negotiation skills

  • You are able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills (verbal, visual, and report writing)

  • Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanour in a flexible work environment.

  • Ability to empathise, manage and adapt to diverse cultural contexts, different personalities and organisational cultures

  • Experience in the humanitarian sector, charity or NGOs, or field experience will be a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Travel to London and Bristol on an ad-hoc basis. We meet with the whole team once a month.

  • Willing to travel internationally.

  • Have the right to work in the UK

Location: Hybrid - London HQ or Bristol Innovation Hub

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on a 37.5-hour workweek (experience-dependent, pro-rata, flexibility available)
