The Wilkinson Firm is a SHRM-certified HR and staffing company focused on behavioral health organizations. We're scaling fast and were hiring closers to own key markets and drive full-desk recruitment: selling staffing services, recruiting talent, and delivering results.

This is a commission-only, founder-track opportunity for recruiters and sales professionals who are ready to build something real. You'll get all the infrastructure ATS, CRM, marketing support, client strategy playbooks plus a compensation model designed to reward execution, not tenure.

What You'll Do

  • Sell staffing and workforce services to behavioral and mental health providers in the Philadelphia/Lancaster/Harrisburg area
  • Own the full desk: source, screen, credential, and close candidates
  • Use our ATS, CRM, job templates, and sales systems to move fast and scale your reach
  • Build a portfolio of clients that you earn commission on for the life of the relationship
  • Participate in job fairs, expos, LinkedIn outreach, and local visibility to expand your footprint (Remote-Hybrid position)

What You Get

  • Commission: 10-15% of net profit for the lifetime of every client you close
  • Draw Eligibility: Close 2 clients and unlock a monthly $2,500 minimum draw

Who You Are

  • Based in or near the Philadelphia/Lancaster/Harrisburg area with strong local market knowledge or a network in mental or behavioral health
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare sales, or B2B services
  • You don't need a base salary to stay motivated you thrive on commission and closing power
  • You want autonomy, but you also want a brand and infrastructure to plug into
  • You're ready to make real money, not just hit KPIs that benefit someone else
