To join our growing team, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented administrative assistant. Daily operations can run more smoothly with your help in managing schedules, correspondence, and other administrative tasks. You will play a pivotal role in the team's success by ensuring that everything runs well and contributing to the company's overall success.
Principal Duty:
Schedule and calendar management: efficiently arrange trips, meetings, and appointments for a number of team members and executives.
Promptly and professionally respond to messages, emails, and phone calls; act as the go-between for internal and external contacts.
Reports, presentations, and papers may need assistance with planning, organizing, writing, evaluating, and submitting. Ensure that your records are organized for easy access.
Keep tabs on due dates, provide a hand to ongoing projects, and make sure resources are being used efficiently.
Maintain an efficient and organized remote office setting by handling office supplies and materials.
Arrange meetings, team-building activities, and logistical support for your company's events.
Make arrangements for the group's travel, including lodging, transportation, and timetables.

Work history: Minimum of one to three years providing administrative or office support services. Being able to work remotely is an asset.
Competence: Proficient in Google Workspace and other common office applications; fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Being well-versed in project management software (like Trello or Asana) is an advantage.
Proficient in both written and spoken expression.
attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision and meet tight deadlines.
Tech-savvy: Skilled at using a variety of computer programs and has no trouble picking up new ones.
