Overview:

We are hiring a customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls while supporting customer accounts and service-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound follow-up calls regarding services or accounts
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call activity
  • Meet daily call handling and customer service goals

Qualifications:

  • Professional and customer-focused demeanor
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
