Job Summary:

We seek a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent features to our products and services, leveraging data to drive insights, automation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for various use cases (e.g., recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics).
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for modeling and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
  • Implement, test, and maintain ML pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Monitor model performance in production and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
  • Document processes, models, and systems for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models. 
  • Over 5 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Advanced understanding of Deep Learning with applications in NLP and multimodal modeling.
  • Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy), and working with large datasets.

  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and ML techniques.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying models in cloud environments.

  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and testing.

Preferred:

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.

  • Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with data engineering tools like Apache Spark or Airflow.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Other Requirement:

  • Video and on-site interviews (in Texas or New York) are mandatory.
  • A background check is required.
  • Travel is required to CST & EST (20%).
  • We cannot sponsor/transfer a visa at this time.
  • This position is for a 1099 contractor.
