Welcome to the B Suite Careers platform (“Site”), operated by B Suite LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Site enables experienced professionals to apply for fractional, interim, and consulting roles through our vetted network, the Suite. By accessing or using this Site—including submitting an application—you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the jurisdictions you seek to be placed in. By applying, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older,

• You have not been suspended from B Suite services,

• Your use of the Site complies with all laws and regulations.

4. Application & Registration

To be considered for placement, you must submit an application via our platform. You agree that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up to date. B Suite reserves the right to verify any information submitted.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your application or communications.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• Access another user’s account without permission.

• Use the platform in a way that disrupts or harms the experience of others.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or hack any part of the Site.

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Talent Waitlist & Placement

Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. B Suite evaluates each applicant and may invite select individuals to continue in our process. Due to high demand, applicants may be placed on a waitlist. We will contact you if your experience aligns with an active need.

7. Application Information & Confidentiality

By submitting an application, you consent to B Suite’s collection and review of your information for recruitment and vetting purposes. Your materials will not be shared with clients without your prior consent. We reserve the right to anonymize application data for internal analysis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in D.C. courts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B Suite, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission from B Suite.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, B Suite is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
