Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments, understands the healthcare ecosystem, and can convert opportunities into long‑term value. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard healthcare providers — including clinics, hospitals, wellness centres, dental and diagnostic labs — while continuously expanding the provider network across the UAE and GCC.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach, lead‑generation, and business development strategies through market research, networking, and structured sales initiatives to drive new partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers and existing partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure long‑term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and meetings to showcase the client's value proposition and convert prospects into active partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and pricing models that align with the company's growth objectives while ensuring mutual value for providers.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless partner activation, smooth communication, and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Track KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue impact using CRM tools, preparing regular reports on sales activities, performance, challenges, and market insights for leadership.
  • Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, staying up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine sales processes and strategies.

  • Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field

    - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales or partnerships

    - Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the UAE market

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Strong negotiation and presentation skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities.

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    - Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape

    - Fluency in English is required, Arabic and other languages is a plus.

    Contract Details:

    This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The candidate will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will report to the Sales Manager. The salary and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
