About the Role

We are seeking a creative, reliable Social Media & Website Specialist to support our brands digital presence. This role involves creating high‑quality content, managing our social media platforms, and maintaining the company website to ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging online identity. Ideal for a freelancer who can work independently and deliver polished work on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

Develop marketing and campaign strategies

Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Measure and report digital marketing campaigns (ROI, CTR, etc.)

Create simple graphics, captions, and short-form videos or reels

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Plan and schedule weekly content aligned with business goals

Monitor engagement, respond to messages, track performance analytics and come up with insights by studying trends as well as propose creative ideas to enhance visibility

Stay updated on industry trends 

Employ best practices when performing digital marketing and associated responsibilities on behalf of the company.

Website Maintenance

Update website content, images, and service pages as needed

Ensure the website remains functional, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards

Coordinate with leadership to ensure updates reflect company priorities

Monitor website performance and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, others

Design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms)

Strong writing and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services is an advantage
