Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Luxury Hospitality Specialists to join our team. As a Luxury Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience at our properties. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a warm, personalized welcome to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

- Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services with discretion and attention to detail.

- Ensure that all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain impeccable knowledge of property amenities, local attractions, and exclusive experiences.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience

- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly

- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest interaction.

- Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, vendors, and team members

- Handle any escalated guest complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our properties and attract new guests

Qualifications:

- Degree in Hospitality or a related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality or 2 years experience in hospitality or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end customer service. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong cultural awareness and ability to interact with an international clientele.

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
