Position: Business Development - Aviation

The Bussola Group, a boutique Recruitment Consultancy in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team on a contract basis. As a Business Development Contractor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to grow our business and expand our presence in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation industry, including potential partnerships, clients, and markets

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, airports, and government agencies

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients

- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms

- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets

- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize business development processes and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in the aviation industry

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with the aviation industry and its key players

- Willingness to travel as needed
