The Role

You will begin as a Kitchen Manager Candidate during a 60-day probationary period. Upon successful completion, you transition to Kitchen Manager (KM).

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are present during prep. You are on the line during service. You set the pace. You protect the product.

You are responsible for both culinary execution and team performance.

What Youll Own

  • The quality of every plate that leaves the pass

  • Strong execution during high-volume service

  • Clean technique, organized stations, proper timing

  • Eggs, proteins, sauces, and core menu items done correctly every time

  • Food safety and sanitation standards without exception

  • Daily huddles that set focus and drive performance

  • Real-time coaching and correction during service

  • Training cooks to execute faster and sharper

  • Schedules that maintain productivity and flow

  • Food cost and labor awareness

  • Clean, confident rollout of new menu items

  • Operational and culinary input into menu development

You are accountable for the standard every shift.

  • Demonstrable kitchen skill (Sous Chef or strong line experience)

  • Serve Safe Certification prior to hiring

Employment Details

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Tip Pool Eligibility upon assignment to a location
