Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Full-Time | Orlando, FL

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing home health team serving patients throughout the Kissimmee area.

This position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-home physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and family members on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and professional practice guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or home health setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
