Class A CDL Driver – Regional / OTR (Western U.S. | $1,100–$1,200/Week)

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional/OTR position based in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers consistent miles, steady weekly pay, and routes throughout the Western U.S. with predictable lanes.

Drivers will operate dry van equipment and run routes primarily west of the Mississippi, with trips typically lasting no more than a few days at a time.

What You'll Do

• Run regional and OTR routes across the Western U.S. (including Midwest and Texas lanes)
• Average ~2,200–2,400 miles per week
• Haul no-touch freight
• Handle a mix of standard OTR freight operations
• Maintain safe and efficient driving practices on long-haul routes

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,200
• Mileage-based OTR pay structure
• Performance bonus opportunities available

Home Time & Schedule

• Home every 3 weeks
• Day and night driving available
• Weekend and holiday work may be required

Equipment & Operation

• Dry van trailers
• No-touch freight
• Consistent lanes primarily west of the Mississippi

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to trainees and experienced drivers
• Must live within 200 miles of Phoenix, AZ (85043)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
