Your Role
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative for a Sportech client to join its dynamic team in Madrid and support its mission to shape the future of sport through innovation and collaboration.
Your Mission
In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our clients's community, driving membership sales while ensuring we deliver value to our members. You will drive sales and members acquisition. In addition, you will ensure retention of existing ones, identifying potential upselling opportunities. You will apply the Condition of Satisfaction (CoS) methodology, leveraging CRM and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive memberships sales: from prospecting to sales and onboarding.
Engage with prospective members through events, referrals, content campaigns coordinated with the Marketing team, and targeted outreach.
Articulate our client's value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm in discovery calls and meetings.
Identify business sales opportunities, including cross-selling or collaboration with existing members.
Maintain and update CRM data and contribute to reporting on sales performance and lead tracking.
Member Success & Relationship Management
Build lasting relationships with existing members to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate the delivery of services included in the membership program.
Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Programs) to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of activities.
Gather feedback from members to improve services and design relevant engagement initiatives.
Monitor member activity and proactively suggest ways to increase participation and value.
For every member you will apply the Condition of Satisfaction (CoS) methodology, leveraging CRM and digital tools to scale.
What Were Looking For
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development (ideally in B2B environments).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms.
Interest in the sports, innovation, or startup ecosystem is highly valued.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within an international environment.
