Your Role
As CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our CRM strategy and marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to improve segmentation, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights from data to support business growth.
Your focus will be on strengthening data-driven marketing initiatives and ensuring CRM systems effectively support engagement, campaigns, and member relationships.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
Manage, maintain and optimize the CRM system (Odoo), ensuring high data quality and usability for marketing and commercial teams.
Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
Monitor CRM performance and maintain accurate databases.
Generate reports and dashboards to track marketing and campaign performance.
Marketing Campaigns & Automation
Support the design and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns using CRM data.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to promote membership and services.
Track campaign performance and evaluate marketing impact using key metrics.
Support multi-channel marketing activations around industry initiatives and events.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, business development, and other internal teams to align CRM and marketing initiatives.
Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to improve engagement and growth.
Support the publication and analysis of digital content in WordPress (events, news, member updates).
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
Experience using CRM data for segmentation, marketing automation and campaign analysis.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp).
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into marketing actions.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
