Key Responsibilities

• Support construction projects and site operations, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams and stakeholders
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain within scope
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and contracts
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and liaising with vendors and contractors
• Assist with property management activities, including tenant coordination and maintenance tracking
• Analyze project or property data to support decision-making and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and sales teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Experience in construction, real estate, property management, or site operations is preferred
• Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, or property management systems is an asset
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, project-driven environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
