Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, remote desktop tools, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic networking troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
