Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping, receiving, and delivery operations

• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and transportation regulations

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs forms, and invoices

• Operate or supervise warehouse equipment and vehicles as needed

• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Support order fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain management

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred

• Knowledge of inventory management systems or logistics software is an asset

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
