Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training and Development Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning and development programmes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining training records, coordinating logistics, managing training schedules, and supporting the implementation of company-wide training initiatives that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a training or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of training regulations and compliance requirements in Trinidad and Tobago.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
