Job brief

The ideal candidate will assist the Marketing department in executing their daily tasks and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering and distribution of collateral for the branches.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Preparing a monthly log of sponsorship requests.
  • Preparing cheques for approved donations.
  • Preparing monthly foundation reports.
  • Arranging branding and booth setup for sponsored events.
  • Fulfilling branch requests resources to support sales events this includes social media flyers.
  • Supporting the execution of the Walk For The Cure event and related fundraising activities.
  • Assisting with the execution of promotional activities and client events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 CXC's including: Math, English and POB
  • Certificate in Marketing would be an asset
  • Prior experience in a similar or related field
  • Able to engage others in a conversation
  • Good communication skills
