We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple engagements and teams.
  • Drive successful implementation, enhancement, and support projects within Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery governance, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical leads.
  • Work closely with solution architects to define scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support presales activities including estimations, proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce delivery/program management.
  • Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience handling offshore/onshore delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Application/System Architect

Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale environments.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce release management is an added advantage.
