We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple engagements and teams.
- Drive successful implementation, enhancement, and support projects within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical leads.
- Work closely with solution architects to define scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support presales activities including estimations, proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce delivery/program management.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience handling offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Application/System Architect
Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale environments.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce release management is an added advantage.
