• Resource Allocation & Optimization

Windows Server 2016 onwards

• Active Directory (AD)
• DNS
• Group Policy (GPO)
• Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• SSTP

Microsoft Entra ID

• MFA
• Conditional Access

Microsoft Sentinel

• Monitoring
• Log Analysis

NGINX Load Balancer / Reverse Proxy
Root Cause Analysis & Technical Documentation
L2/L3 Escalation Support
Windows 10 LTSC & Windows 11 Pro

Good to Have:
Familiarity with Tanium Platform

Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support experience
Experience working in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
