Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced M365, Azure Cloud & AI Architect to lead enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and AI transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, generative AI solutions and enterprise architecture consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and AI transformation programs.
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, adoption and value realisation.
• Define AI strategies, maturity assessments, use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures using Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview and Power Platform.
• Architect Copilot Studio agents, connectors, plugins and Microsoft Graph integrations.
• Apply generative AI concepts, including RAG, vector search, prompt engineering and agentic AI.
• Lead client workshops, presales, solution design, proposals, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams and global stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture expertise.
• Proven experience in cloud and AI transformation consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of generative AI, responsible AI, AI governance and GenAIOps.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and presales capabilities.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
