About the Role
Fully remote
Full-time (open to part-time start full-time)
~$62,000/year to start
Supporting a visionary, fast-thinking CEO (high-energy, big ideas, moving parts)
This role is best described as Marketing Ops Executor meets Executive Assistant.
You’ll protect the CEO’s time and energy, run execution, keep launches on track, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the CEO’s calendar + inbox (gatekeeper mode)
Protecting daily revenue focus time (non-negotiable)
Executing email campaigns and launches (strategy provided)
Building/updating landing pages using templates
Tracking revenue metrics and reporting weekly
Coordinating with marketing + operations team
Documenting systems and SOPs as you go
Making the business feel calm, organized, and under control
You’re responsible for execution, timing, and follow-through — not high-level strategy or sales decisions.
This Role Is For You If You:
Have supported a founder or senior exec before
Have real experience inside an online business or digital marketing environment
Understand funnels, email campaigns, CRMs, launches
Are proactive, organized, and comfortable making judgment calls
Love systems, process, and cleaning things up
Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude, etc.) daily for real work
This Role Is NOT For You If You:
Only have traditional corporate EA experience
Need constant direction or hand-holding
Haven’t worked with marketing tools before
Want rigid 9–5 with no flexibility
Get stressed by fast-moving founders
