The lab holding is a leading hospitality company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standard. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create and develop new menus, as well as maintaining the quality and consistency of our existing dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef

- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running of operations

- Assist in the development of new menus, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences

- Train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team

- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Monitor and control food waste and cost, while maintaining high quality standards

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment

- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification

- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes

- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
