About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for our offshoring and outsourcing services. This role is designed for someone who understands the commercial landscape and can execute targeted, strategic outreach using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns. This is not a volume-based role—you are expected to bring structure, strategy, and ownership to your pipeline.
This role reports directly to the CEO and COO, ensuring strong alignment with company growth priorities and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a targeted outbound sales strategy aligned with revenue goals
Drive pipeline generation for offshore staffing and outsourcing services
Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value accounts
ICP Development & Targeting
Build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on market demand and commercial goals
Continuously optimize targeting based on campaign performance and data insights
Outbound Prospecting & Engagement
Execute multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
Conduct strategic cold calls daily, not just high-volume dialing
Utilize LinkedIn as a primary platform for daily outreach, engagement, and relationship building
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, account mapping, and targeting
Personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates
Pipeline Management
Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
Track activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Ensure consistent pipeline movement and follow-through
Performance Expectations
Execute a minimum of 20–40+ targeted outreach activities per day (across channels)
Generate at least 4 qualified meetings per week within the first few months
Maintain consistent pipeline activity aligned with revenue targets
Other Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, targeting, and campaign execution
Provide insights on market trends and prospect feedback
Utilize AI tools to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and productivity
Maintain high standards of professionalism, ownership, and accountability
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience selling offshoring or outsourcing services (non-negotiable)
Background in B2B sales development or business development
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
Experience in developing ICPs aligned with commercial objectives
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent
Strong experience utilizing LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for daily outreach
Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling and strategic outbound engagement
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for sales outreach and workflow optimization
