The Mission:
- Client Acquisition: Hunt, pitch, and close new business partnerships with SMEs and large firms in the AU and US markets.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to the offshoring and staffing industry.
- Relationship Management: Act as the face of The People Avenue, ensuring our clients feel supported from the first "hello."
- Market Mastery: Leverage your existing network and expertise to position us as the premier choice for global staffing.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have a proven track record in Business Development specifically within the Staffing or Offshoring (BPO) industry.
- Global Expert: You’ve successfully navigated the nuances of working with Australian and US clients.
- Self-Starter: You don’t need a manual to know how to find leads; you have the grit and the "hustle" to open doors.
