  • Experienced: You have a proven track record in Business Development specifically within the Staffing or Offshoring (BPO) industry.
  • Global Expert: You’ve successfully navigated the nuances of working with Australian and US clients.
  • Self-Starter: You don’t need a manual to know how to find leads; you have the grit and the "hustle" to open doors.
