About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join a leading U.S.-based food distribution and manufacturing company. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and warehouse supervisors

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume operational positions and project-based assignments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL drivers and warehouse-related positions.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and niche light industrial roles.

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support team initiatives to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

  • Provide feedback to clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and role requirements.

  • Assist in ad-hoc recruitment projects as needed.


What Were Looking For:


  • 12 years of U.S. recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial roles.

  • Experience hiring CDL drivers, warehouse staff, or warehouse supervisors.

  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
