About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join a leading U.S.-based food distribution and manufacturing company. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and warehouse supervisors.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume operational positions and project-based assignments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL drivers and warehouse-related positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and niche light industrial roles.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Other Responsibilities:
Support team initiatives to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Provide feedback to clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and role requirements.
Assist in ad-hoc recruitment projects as needed.
What Were Looking For:
12 years of U.S. recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial roles.
Experience hiring CDL drivers, warehouse staff, or warehouse supervisors.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
