Strike Credentialing Specialist

 Job Description:

Strike Credentialing Specialist
(Project-Based: 1-8 Weeks | Work From Home | On Call)

The People Avenue is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strike Credentialing Specialist to join our team for a critical project. This is a temporary, project-based role requiring you to be on call and work entirely from home.

Project Duration and Compensation:

  • Duration: Project-based, estimated to last 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the project scope and needs.
  • Schedule: On-call availability is required to meet urgent project needs.
  • Location: Work From Home (WFH).
  • Compensation: Weekly pay, with a performance-based project bonus provided at the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid-Fire Onboarding: Manage end-to-end credentialing for a high volume of nurses within 24–72 hour windows.
  • Compliance Management: Verify licenses (NURSYS), certifications, and specialized clinical competencies required for strike-affected facilities.
  • Audit-Ready Documentation: Ensure 100% compliance with Joint Commission (TJC) standards and specific labor dispute protocols.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Work in lockstep with recruiters and clinical teams to resolve missing documentation instantly.

Job Requirements

  • Specific Experience: Must have a background in Strike Nurse Recruiting or Credentialing. You must understand the unique speed and regulatory pressure of labor disputes.
  • Technical Setup: * Own Device: A reliable computer/laptop capable of running multiple high-speed web applications and secure databases.

    • Stable Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection is mandatory for this remote role.
    • Urgency: Ability to work extended hours during the initial "surge" phase of the project.
    • Detail Obsession: A "zero-error" mentality—in a strike scenario, a single missing document can stall a deployment.
