About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Executive-Level Talent Recruiter to support a 90-day pilot program focused on leadership hiring for a select group of organizations in life sciences and healthcare. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates for approximately 1012 leadership positions, ranging from director to vice president levels.

You will leverage a unique AI-powered, video-enabled recruitment platform designed to enhance candidate engagement and streamline the hiring process. While technology plays a key role, your expertise in human connection and candidate sourcing will be essential to the pilots success.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and engage qualified candidates for leadership roles across life sciences and healthcare organizations, including hospitals.

  • Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks to identify and connect with passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to share detailed job announcements and encourage candidates to apply through a video-enabled microsite.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, aiming to deliver 24 qualified and interested candidates per role.

  • Provide regular updates on candidate engagement, pipeline status, and application progress to internal teams.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure candidate-job alignment.

  • Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, prioritizing workload to meet program goals within a fast-moving pilot environment.

  • Offer constructive feedback on the recruitment platform and process to support continuous improvement.



What Were Looking For:


  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting senior leadership roles (director to executive level), preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or related sectors.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage busy, high-level professionals authentically and professionally.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving pilot setting.

  • Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple roles and maintaining clear candidate pipelines.

  • Willingness to learn and leverage new recruitment technologies, including video-enabled and AI-powered platforms.

  • Collaborative and open-minded, with a commitment to providing feedback and working closely with internal teams.
