Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Melbourne Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Resourcer to support our recruitment team. This role involves managing job postings, conducting candidate prescreening, and ensuring all required credentials and documents are collected efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
Conduct initial prescreening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Collect and organize required documents such as resumes, licenses, and certifications.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Coordinate with recruiters and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Follow up on pending documents and ensure compliance with recruitment requirements.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in Australian healthcare recruitment or resourcing is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS or recruitment CRM tools.
Comfortable working in a remote setup and in the Melbourne time zone..
