Job Title: Full-Time Accountant

The People Avenue is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our growing global team. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records.
  
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, collections, and aging reports.
  
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
  
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure all transactions are accurately reconciled across multiple accounts.
  
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and business growth.
  Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing through our HRIS system in collaboration with our payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, financial planning, and overall business strategy.

What Were Looking For

• Offshore Experience (Required): Proven background working with US or Australian-based clients. You should be familiar with the nuances of US GAAP/Sales Tax or AU GST/Tax requirements.
  
• Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
  
• The "Perfect Fit" Mindset: A proactive, "eagle-eye" approach to accuracy and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  
• Exceptional Communication: Strong English skills to effectively collaborate with our international team.
