Growth Marketer
Job Description:
Client Location: Florida, USA
Employment Type: Full time
Working Hours: 9AM – 6PM EST
About Us:
At PeopleAvenue, we believe in the power of great people to transform businesses. As a trusted offshoring partner, we help purpose-driven companies in Australia and the US scale smarter by connecting them with exceptional talent across marketing, recruitment, virtual assistance, and more.
We're a passionate team committed to creating meaningful opportunities—for our clients, our candidates, and our community. With a people-first mindset and a tailored approach, we don't just fill roles—we build long-term success stories.
About the Role:
People Avenue is looking for a high-impact Growth Marketer to support one of our Healthcare Staffing clients in the U.S., specializing in education and allied health recruiting.
This role is focused on one thing: driving real results—candidates, conversations, and placements.
This is not a traditional social media marketer role. You'll be working closely with the client's team to execute targeted outreach, activate candidate pipelines, and support revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
A core part of your role will be reaching out to university program directors (PT, OT, and allied health programs), booking webinars and Lunch & Learn sessions, and helping convert those into candidate pipelines. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate interest, engagement, and ultimately, placements.
This role requires someone who is proactive, confident, and not afraid to do outreach—you'll be initiating conversations, following up consistently, and driving opportunities forward.
You'll also support email marketing campaigns, database activation, and content creation—ensuring everything ties back to business outcomes, not just activity.
If you're someone who loves execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants your work to directly impact revenue—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
