About the Role:

The Project Manager + Content Producer is responsible for managing the execution of marketing initiatives for assigned People Avenue clients and internal marketing projects. This role ensures that campaigns, content, and deliverables are executed on time, aligned with strategy, and coordinated across designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders.

This role combines strong project management with hands-on content production, supporting social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.

Success in this role is measured by project delivery reliability, client satisfaction, content quality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

  • Produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia content using Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut, or similar tools

  • Develop, format, and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and communications

  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars

  • Translate marketing strategies into structured content plans

  • Coordinate timelines with designers and copywriters

  • Create marketing assets as needed (graphics, posts, materials)

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms

  • Manage revisions and approvals before publishing

  • Maintain organized content libraries and asset folders

Audience Engagement & Social Management

  • Manage audience engagement across social platforms (comments, DMs, mentions)

  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights for optimization

  • Maintain a professional and engaging brand voice

Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and consistent follow-through

  • Maintain organized communication via email, Slack, or client platforms

  • Prepare and present reports, summaries, and campaign recaps

  • Maintain visibility of project status across accounts

Project Management

  • Own execution of marketing deliverables for clients and internal projects

  • Build and manage timelines, task trackers, and workflows (ClickUp or similar tools)

  • Translate strategies into actionable plans with deadlines

  • Ensure smooth workflow from briefing production approval publishing

  • Identify risks and resolve blockers proactively

  • Maintain quality standards before client delivery

  • Continuously improve workflows and processes

  • Oversee day-to-day progress of deliverables

Team Coordination & Leadership Support

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and team members to achieve campaign goals

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders

  • Provide clear briefs and direction to production teams

  • Act as execution lead for assigned projects

  • Escalate risks or capacity issues when needed

Other Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly marketing syncs

  • Attend 1:1 meetings with the Head of Marketing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally as needed

  • Participate in company-wide meetings and team activities

  • Contribute to team culture and engagement initiatives
