Job Summary: As the Director of OT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our occupational therapy services. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to our team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and leadership to our occupational therapy team - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services - Monitor and evaluate the performance of our therapists and provide guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and programs - Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of occupational therapists - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners - Monitor and manage the budget for occupational therapy services - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services - Represent the company at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities Qualifications: - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field - Current state license to practice occupational therapy - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare industry - Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices - Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements - Passion for helping individuals of all ages achieve their full potential We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
