What Youll Do
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and write comprehensive behavior plans
- Provide hands-on training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Partner with Speech, OT, and PT teams for integrated treatment plans
- Track progress with data-driven decisions and regular parent training
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Arizona LBA or eligible to obtain licensure immediately
- Experience in clinic/center-based pediatric ABA (preferred)
- Passion for collaboration and integrated care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
